Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • You must contact our customer support to initiate the return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and order details.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit, which will be issued within 7–10 days and will be valid for 90 days


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified
